I know first hand as my wife and I have been through this process several times, most recently in 2020 and 2023. Having peace of mind that your investment is safe is critically important. That is where I can help you make an informed decision. I will develop a detailed inspection report, and review it with you, so you have a solid understanding of the property and its major components. 

I have been helping friends, family and business owners with their property projects my whole life. As the youngest of 7 boys living in Darien, Connecticut, I learned so much by hands-on experience. If there was a house to be painted, a deck to be built, a room to be renovated, a garage to be built, a commercial office space to be updated, I was there. The complete renovation of my brother's early 1900’s home in historic South Norwalk, Connecticut was one of the largest projects I worked on and is one example of true, hands-on experience. Additionally, I spent many years in Danby, Vermont as a caretaker for a beautiful home situated on 100+ acres. The knowledge I gained from this responsibility, combined with a love of houses and nature, ultimately led me to this profession.  I am an avid outdoorsman who loves hiking, golfing, skiing, and fishing. I have a goal to visit and hike/swim/explore every National Park in the USA. I am also a supporter of the National Park Service.
